Colm Russell has worked in Operations for over 20 years, overseeing support services at both a local and global level. He uses his knowledge and experience to optimise best work practices and enhance the Quality Management process involved in Global Data Collection.

Furthermore, Colm has developed and maintained strong internal and external relationships through the management, motivation, training and development, of successful and productive teams that thrive in highly pressurised and challenging working environments.

Colm particularly enjoys the collaborative problem solving approach, overseeing complex global projects from initial design and kick-off to the final deliverable. He prefers a personal, hands on approach to the task thus building trusted relationships internally and long-term partnerships with vendors. He works closely alongside Paul Donnelly, allowing Dynamic Fieldwork to deliver top quality data on time, every time.
